Valentine’s Day Cupcakes with Buttercream and Hearts

Ingredients:

• For the cupcakes:

• 2 eggs

• 1 cup sugar

• 1/2 cup melted butter

• 1 cup all-purpose flour

• 1 teaspoon baking powder

• 1/2 cup milk

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• For the buttercream:

• 1 cup butter at room temperature

• 2 cups powdered sugar

• 2 tablespoons milk

• Pink food coloring

• Heart-shaped sprinkles and decorative pearls

Quick Preparation:

1. Cupcakes: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a cupcake tray with liners. Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add the melted butter, milk, and vanilla. Sift the flour and baking powder, then mix until smooth. Fill the liners halfway and bake for 15-20 minutes. Let them cool.

2. Buttercream: Beat the butter until creamy, then gradually add the powdered sugar. Add the milk and pink food coloring until you reach the desired shade. Place the buttercream in a piping bag with a star tip.

3. Decoration: Pipe the buttercream onto the cupcakes and top with heart-shaped sprinkles and pearls.
