- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed & drained (optional)
For the Cheesy Topping:
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a Mexican blend)
- 1/4 cup sour cream (optional, for creaminess)
For Garnish (Optional):
- Chopped cilantro
- Diced tomatoes
- Sliced jalapeรฑos
- Avocado or guacamole
Instructions

- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Stir in taco seasoning, water, and salsa. Simmer for 3โ5 minutes until thickened.
