
Ingredients:
- 2 thumb-sized ginger, chopped
- 1 medium-sized onions, chopped
- 3 pcs dry bay leaves
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 kilo chicken liver and gizzard, washed and strained
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 3 red chili chopped
- 1 long green chili chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions:
In a pan heat oil and fry liver then set aside at the same pan
Sauté onion, garlic and ginger
Put gizzard and sauté until golden brown
Add soy sauce ground pepper, sugar and bay leaves simmer for 5mins
Add red chili and vinegar (do not stir) let sauce reduce(2-3mins)
Add the fried liver and stir well add long green chili for toppings
serve and enjoy!
