A rich, cheesy, and crispy take on classic ravioli—perfect for parties, snacks, or an indulgent treat!

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (10-12 oz) fresh or frozen cheese ravioli (thawed if frozen)
  • 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs (or panko for extra crunch)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • Olive oil spray
  • Marinara sauce or Alfredo sauce (for dipping)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the dredging station
    • In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
    • In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
    • Place flour in a third bowl.
  2. Coat the ravioli
