Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven:
โ Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
2. Prepare the baking dish:
โ Lightly grease a baking dish with a bit of olive oil to prevent the fish from sticking.
3. Season the fish:
โ Place the fish fillets in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
4. Add the Mediterranean toppings:
โ In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced black olives, drained capers, and thinly sliced lemon. Toss gently to mix.
