Ingredients
For the Lobster:
- 2 lobster tails
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)

- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions
Prepare the Lobster:
- Butterfly the Lobster Tails:
- Using kitchen shears, cut down the center of the shell to expose the meat.
- Gently lift the meat out, keeping it attached at the base, and rest it on top of the shell.
- Season & Bake:
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- Brush the lobster tails with melted butter, then season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and bake for 12-15 minutes (or until the lobster meat is opaque and tender).
Make the Garlic Butter Cream Sauce:
- Sautรฉ the Garlic:
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt 3 tbsp butter.
- Add minced garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Create the Creamy Sauce:
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring continuously.
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Finish with Lemon & Herbs:
- Stir in lemon zest for a fresh, zesty touch.
