Ingredients
For the Marinade:

- ยฝ cup pineapple juice
- ยผ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- ยฝ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
For the Chicken:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs for juicier meat)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for grilling)
- 1 cup fresh pineapple rings or chunks (for grilling)

Instructions
1. Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, honey, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
Place chicken in a ziplock bag or container and pour marinade over it.
Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight for best flavor).
