Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed) or 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 6-8 slices ham (deli-style or leftover ham)
- 6-8 slices cheese (cheddar, Swiss, mozzarella, or your favorite)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional, for extra flavor)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp milk or water (for egg wash)

- ยฝ tsp dried Italian seasoning or parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
1. Preheat & Prep Dough
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry or separate crescent roll dough into rectangles.
2. Layer the Fillings
- Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard over the dough (optional).
- Place ham slices evenly across the dough.
- Layer cheese slices on top of the ham.
3. Roll & Cut
- Gently roll the dough into a tight log from the long side.
- Slice into 1-inch thick rolls and place them cut-side up on the baking sheet.
4. Brush & Bake
- In a small bowl, whisk together egg + milk for an egg wash.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with egg wash for a golden finish.
