- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

Instructions

- Prepare foil packets โ Cut two large pieces of aluminum foil, enough to wrap around the salmon and asparagus.
- Season the salmon โ Place each salmon fillet in the center of a foil sheet. Drizzle with olive oil or melted butter. Sprinkle with garlic, lemon zest, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add asparagus โ Arrange asparagus spears alongside the salmon. Drizzle with a little more olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Top with lemon slices โ Place 1-2 lemon slices on each salmon fillet for extra flavor.
- Seal the foil packets โ Fold the foil over the salmon and asparagus, sealing tightly to lock in moisture.
