Instructions:
- Cook the Pasta:
- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
- Cook the Chicken:
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and dried oregano (or Italian seasoning).
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, and cook for another 2 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Serve:
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. Serve the pasta in bowls, garnished with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
