Cream Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Doritos Recipe

Ingredients
ā¢ 1 bag of Doritos (Nacho Cheese or your favorite flavor)
ā¢ 8 oz cream cheese, softened
ā¢ 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
ā¢ 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
ā¢ 2 green onions, finely chopped
ā¢ 1 teaspoon garlic powder
ā¢ 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
ā¢ 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
ā¢ Oil for frying (if deep-frying)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Filling:
ā¢ In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
2. Stuff the Doritos:
ā¢ Carefully open one edge of each Dorito chip to create a pocket. Be gentle to avoid breaking the chip.
ā¢ Spoon or pipe a small amount of the cream cheese mixture into the pocket, then press the edges lightly to seal.
3. Fry or Bake:
Frying Option:
ā¢ Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350Ā°F (175Ā°C). Fry the stuffed Doritos in small batches for 1-2 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain.
Baking Option:
ā¢ Preheat your oven to 375Ā°F (190Ā°C). Arrange the stuffed Doritos on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until the filling is warm and the chips are slightly crisped.
4. Serve:
