Ingredients

Instructions
1. Prepare the Chimichurri:
- In a bowl, mix parsley, oregano, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir in olive oil, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes (or longer for better flavor).
2. Make the Frites:
- Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
