- 4 boneless pork chops (1-inch thick)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:
