
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ยฝ tsp black pepper
- ยฝ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- ยฝ tsp onion powder
- ยฝ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Prep the Ribeye: Pat dry the steak cubes with a paper towel and season them with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and onion powder.
- Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak cubes in a single layer and sear for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Add Flavor: Reduce heat to medium-low, add butter, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss the steak bites in the butter mixture for about 1 minute.
- Rest & Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
Buttery Melted Cheese Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes (or Yukon Gold), boiled until fork-tender
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ยฝ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- ยฝ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat & Smash: Preheat oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC). Place boiled potatoes on a baking sheet and gently smash them with a fork or potato masher.
- Season & Bake: Drizzle with melted butter and olive oil, then sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy.
- Melt the Cheese: Remove from the oven, sprinkle cheddar cheese (and Parmesan if using) over the potatoes, and return to the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Garnish & Serve: Top with fresh chives and serve hot alongside the ribeye nuggets.
