Ingredients
For the Cornbread Poppers:

- 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven & Prepare the Pan
- Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- Lightly grease a mini muffin tin or a cake pop mold for even-sized poppers.
Step 2: Mix the Batter
- In a large bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the buttermilk, melted butter, honey, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
Step 3: Bake the Poppers
- Spoon the batter into the mini muffin tin, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, honey, and a pinch of salt.
