Crack Sausage Balls

Ingredients:

1 lb breakfast sausage (pork or turkey)
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 ½ cups Bisquick mix (or any baking mix)
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
½ tsp onion powder (optional)
Directions:

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Mix Ingredients:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausage, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, Bisquick mix, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Use your hands or a sturdy spoon to mix everything until evenly combined.
Shape the Balls:

Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spaced slightly apart.
Bake:

Bake the sausage balls in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve:

Remove the sausage balls from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. They pair perfectly with ranch dressing, honey mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce.
