- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken (grilled or rotisserie)
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce (sweet and smoky variety)
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing
- ยฝ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or smoked gouda)
- ยผ cup crispy bacon bits (optional)
- ยฝ cup shredded lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
- ยผ cup diced tomatoes
- ยผ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ยผ cup corn kernels (grilled or canned)
- ยฝ tsp smoked paprika (for extra smoky flavor)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce and smoked paprika until well coated.
- Assemble the Wrap
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread 1 tbsp ranch dressing over it.
- Evenly distribute the BBQ chicken on top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese and bacon bits over the chicken.
- Add lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and corn for a fresh crunch.
- Wrap It Up
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from the bottom up.
- If needed, secure with toothpicks or wrap in parchment paper for easier handling.
- Toast (Optional)
- For extra flavor, lightly toast the wrap in a pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.

- Slice in half and serve with extra BBQ sauce or ranch for dipping.
