  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken (grilled or rotisserie)
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce (sweet and smoky variety)
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing
  • ยฝ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or smoked gouda)
  • ยผ cup crispy bacon bits (optional)
  • ยฝ cup shredded lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
  • ยผ cup diced tomatoes
  • ยผ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ยผ cup corn kernels (grilled or canned)
  • ยฝ tsp smoked paprika (for extra smoky flavor)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken
    • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce and smoked paprika until well coated.
  2. Assemble the Wrap
    • Lay a tortilla flat and spread 1 tbsp ranch dressing over it.
    • Evenly distribute the BBQ chicken on top.
    • Sprinkle shredded cheese and bacon bits over the chicken.
    • Add lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and corn for a fresh crunch.
  3. Wrap It Up
    • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from the bottom up.
    • If needed, secure with toothpicks or wrap in parchment paper for easier handling.
  4. Toast (Optional)
    • For extra flavor, lightly toast the wrap in a pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
