
Ingredients
For the Steak Bites:
- 1 ยฝ lbs sirloin steak (or ribeye), cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt

- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Parmesan Cream Sauce:
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ยฝ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ยฝ tsp salt
- ยผ tsp black pepper
- ยผ tsp Italian seasoning
- ยผ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- ยผ cup chicken or beef broth (optional, for thinning the sauce)
Instructions
1. Cook the Steak Bites:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak cubes, salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear for about 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked to your preferred doneness.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the pan, stirring to coat the steak bites. Cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute until fragrant.
- Remove the steak bites from the pan and set aside.
2. Make the Parmesan Cream Sauce:
- In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sautรฉ for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
- Let the sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until thickened. Add broth if a thinner consistency is desired.
3. Assemble & Serve:
- Return the steak bites to the pan, tossing to coat in the Parmesan cream sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
