Ingredients

For the Steak Bites:
  • 1 ยฝ lbs sirloin steak (or ribeye), cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt

  • ยฝ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Parmesan Cream Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ยฝ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ยฝ tsp salt
  • ยผ tsp black pepper
  • ยผ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ยผ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ยผ cup chicken or beef broth (optional, for thinning the sauce)

Instructions

1. Cook the Steak Bites:
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the steak cubes, salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear for about 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked to your preferred doneness.
  3. Add butter and minced garlic to the pan, stirring to coat the steak bites. Cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Remove the steak bites from the pan and set aside.
2. Make the Parmesan Cream Sauce:
  1. In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sautรฉ for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Let the sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until thickened. Add broth if a thinner consistency is desired.
3. Assemble & Serve:
  1. Return the steak bites to the pan, tossing to coat in the Parmesan cream sauce.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
