Instructions
1. Marinate the Chicken
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne (if using).
- Rub seasoning onto the chicken thighs and let marinate for at least 20 minutes (or up to 24 hours for deeper flavor).
2. Make the Sweet & Spicy Buffalo Sauce
- In a small saucepan, combine hot sauce, honey, melted butter, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Simmer over low heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring, until the sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat.
3. Grill the Chicken
